Claim The Welcome Offer In Four Steps

Follow this when you are ready to open an account and use the welcome match.

Open With Accurate Records

Register with the same details that appear on your photo ID, because a mismatch here is the usual cause of a delayed verification later on.

Where Does My Match Land?

Make your first deposit of at least A$8 from an eligible payment method, and confirm the bonus shows before you start playing.

Working Through Turnover

Play through the 28× wagering on the bonus, tracking your progress so you clear the balance inside the 26 days allowed.

Take Your Cleared Winnings

Request a withdrawal once wagering is met, and expect the A$88,000 cap with payouts typically landing in 29 minutes.

Your Numbers

See What A Deposit Would Turn Into

The amount to wager is the bonus times 28×, so an A$150 deposit turns A$261 into A$7.308 to play through.

Four Bonus-Killing Mistakes

Whether one careless click can wipe out a bonus you have already started playing through.

Withdrawal Now, Bonus Gone

Cashing out early cancels the whole bonus, because the 28× wagering on your first deposit offer is never satisfied. Wait until every wagering dollar is played.

Check the wagering meter before any payout request

Clear the full A$7.308 on your A$150 example first

Keep Every Tier You Earned

A duplicate sign-up breaks the one-account-only rule and both profiles get shut, so the welcome money is lost along with the first one.

Use a single email address for all play

Confirm no older profile exists before you join

The 26-Day Countdown

Your bonus disappears on day 26 unless the wagering is done, so a slow start on small stakes can leave nothing to withdraw.

Track the 26-day countdown from the deposit date

Play larger stakes once you know the games

Activating First Pays

The match only attaches when the offer is active at deposit time, so money added beforehand lands as plain cash with no A$650 boost behind it.

Before You Ask

Bonus Questions Players Ask

Useful when you have picked a bonus and want the loose ends tied up fast.

trustWhat happens when I try to withdraw bonus winnings?+

Cleared winnings sit in your bonus balance until every condition is met, and photo ID plus proof of address must be approved first, which takes up to 70 hours. Request too early and the amount goes back to pending.

trustWhat if I cannot find the welcome bonus code?+

Codes for every Wazbee Casino offer, the welcome match included, live on the promo code page, so check there before you deposit. Each code carries its own conditions and stays valid only inside the offer window.

trustWhy should I skip the bonus and just play cash?+

Playing on your own money means winnings land as withdrawable cash, with no turnover to grind through and no 26-day clock. Plenty of Australians prefer that to chasing a match they may never clear.

trustWhat happens when the 26 days run out?+

Each bonus runs for 26 days from the moment it lands, and anything unwagered at the end is taken back. Diarise the date, because the clock does not pause for a break from play.

trustWhat if I already used my welcome match?+

Existing players get 9% cashback on net losses with nothing to wager, plus tier rewards that move from Blue up to VIP. Turnover, not deposits, decides when you climb a level.

trustWhat happens if I register a second account?+

Wazbee Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-387564 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, and players must be 18 or older. One account per player only, and duplicate accounts are shut down.
